Our passion and experience in B2B – translating into faster delivery and increased leads for Opteon™
The challenge: Opteon™, a leading, new-generation refrigerant gases with low global warming potential, asked us to develop an awareness campaign. The goal was to educate two different market segments about sensitive risks in their industry plus drive quality and relevant leads to the business.
The task: the objectives were ambitious; we were assigned to develop two versions of the education film aimed at two different market segments, in a highly regulated industry, with a particularly sensitive message. The campaign involved organizing a 2-day shoot, sourcing experts and technical specialists for live-action sequences with refrigeration equipment, flammable materials and interviews. While orchestrating an international production team, we had to respect rigorous safety rules, tight timelines and changing travel restrictions due to the prevailing pandemic conditions.
The result: during the two months post-shooting, we added animations and delivered the final edits on the educational video plus produced and translated the complete range of content assets – 65 assets in total. We produced two versions of the training video, teaser videos, ads, banners, GIFs, trade media articles, social media assets, in 5 languages. All signed off by multi-country marketing and legal teams.
We achieved this with agile project management and thanks to a highly responsive client with consistent, effective communication, and a dedicated agency team.
As a result, the campaign delivered a record number of new leads for the business. Plus, the educational video provides the sales team with a powerful new asset to use with clients to make a case for their product while speaking to customers.
