The challenge
Organize an online 2-day event for the +80 most important EMEA business partners of the Client: the annual distributor event. Maximise team engagement, fun and interaction. Minimize technical issues, considering very strict firewall and security settings.

The action
We developed and deployed a custom-built web platform and hosted the event in TV-studio quality and back-office support with presentation broadcasting, virtual meetings in sub-teams, an online 3D team-building activity, moderated Q&A and online poll

The result
2-day event happened without a technical glitch, with maximized participant engagement: the attendees were impressed by the smooth running of the presentations.
