Our client is one of the world’s leading pure-play agriscience companies, with a large, geographically dispersed workforce across EMEA. Keeping employees genuinely informed, connected and engaged is both a communications challenge and a business priority.

The Challenge

A large regional organization going through significant transformation needs more than information – it needs communication that builds trust, sustains commitment and makes every employee feel part of something bigger. The client needed a trusted partner to help them deliver that, consistently and at pace.

Employer branding strategy

We developed a comprehensive employer branding content strategy – giving the communications function a clear framework for how to attract, engage and retain talent across the region. 

Intranet and newsletter content

We produced ongoing content for the client’s intranet and internal newsletter – keeping employees informed, celebrating team achievements and giving leadership a consistent, credible voice. 

Change communications 

When the company underwent a significant reorganization, we developed the EMEA communication guide used to navigate and communicate change across the region – ensuring clarity, consistency and empathy at every stage.

Internal events
